Milk and Milk Product Statistics 11/2014 (provisional)

Compared to the previous year, January-November 2014:

• Milk production rose by 3 %
• The production volumes of liquid dairy products fell by 2%
• Butter production rose by 10%
• Cheese production fell by 2%.
