Milk and Milk Product Statistics 7/2016 (provisional)

Compared to the previous year, January-July  2016:

• Milk production rose by 1%
• The production volumes of liquid dairy products fell by 4 %
• Butter production rose by 4%
• Cheese production fell by 7%.
