Milk and Milk Product Statistics 8/2015 (provisional)

Compared to the previous year, January-July 2015:

• Milk production rose by 2%
• The production volumes of liquid dairy products fell by 5 %
• Butter production rose by 17%
• Cheese production fell by 14%.
